Comfortable beds. Appreciated the daily cleaning, bathroom essentials, safe, fridge & the complimentary daily water etc, shuttle tuk tuk to & from the mall. Beautiful relaxing pool deck & 24hr gym access. Lovely great value meals in the lodge cafe & or room service. 24hr security made us feel safe. 7/11 store & laundrette not 5mins walk away along with the best thai massage above chemist.

Breakfast was good and you can make different choices between your morning meals including youghurt, granola etc. You can also take good coffee and fresh juice, one day we get tasty pancakes and that was awesome!

Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the Central mall but a shuttle was provided if needed. Very clean comfortable room.

Amazing place to stay in Phuket. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is SO comfortable. The pool area is also really nice - small, but not crowded at the moment, so I enjoyed it. Staff was always polite and helpful (thank you for the umbrella!). The location is great: 1 minute to 7-11, 3 minutes to the central mall with lots of shops, places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel is at a great location just next to Central shopping centre. We easily walked from the hotel to central. The room itself was very clean and modern. All the furnishings were also nice. The bed was really big and very comfortable. The shower has hot water and there’s a very strong air conditioning unit in the room as well.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to a 7-Eleven, and the hotel food is enjoyable, though the selection is somewhat limited. There is a self-service laundry nearby, and guests can benefit from a free transfer service to Central Floresta. Additionally, all the staff members are friendly and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel room is clean and spacious, and the shower water runs efficiently.

Daily room service was provided. There’s a 7/11 & breakfast cafe near by. Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the shopping centre Local food and fruit stands near by Exchange currency points The excursion lady was very nice and friendly. Love her 24h Laundry service available near by No mosquito disturbance

Good location. Clean, modern, urban hotel. Good value for money. Helpful reception staff. Free taxi to the fabulous Shopping Centre which was great. Not too far from Old Town (taxi ride).
